Here’s is how we began….

Well it all began about 5 years ago when I became pregnant with my daughter. I really had a hard time finding cute things to wear as my belly grew more and more, so instead of buying unflattering maternity clothes, I just kept buying my designer clothes bigger and bigger. I realized then that to feel good while your body is going through so many changes that you need to feel good in what you wearing and how you look.

After the birth of my daughter I became a member in a local mom’s group and we talked about how hard it was to find maternity clothes and what a need there was for a cute maternity store in the area. Well it wasn’t long after that the idea became a reality.

My idea was to have a great selection of products for moms-to-be and for kids as well. In September 2005, Bellies N’ Babies opened its doors for the first time in downtown Danville, California and we’ve been growing ever since. I would personally like to thank each of you for all your support of the years.
